Each apartment has outlets for access to Internet and telephone line, as well as control devices for measuring electricity and water consumption. The infrastructure (park, swimming pool) and the common parts shall be maintained all year round. All year round security services are planned. Climate Climate of Sveti Vlas is mild and stable all year round. The average sunny days are about 260 per year. The close proximity to the Balkan Mountain to the north and to the Black Sea to the south determine an unique natural event representing a 4 km wide air funnel directed north-south. General View Sveti Vlas The town of Sv.Vlas is situated on the Black Sea cost at the southeast part of the Republic of Bulgaria, with administrative center - Burgas District, on the territory of Nessebar Municipality.It is directly linked to the “Sunny Beach”Resort Complex.
