Climate
Climate of Sveti Vlas is mild and stable all year round. The average sunny days are about 260 per year. The close proximity to the Balkan Mountain to the north and to the Black Sea to the south determine an unique natural event representing a 4 km wide air funnel directed north-south. The territory embraced by this natural phenomenon (the north end of Sunny Beach resort, the village of Sveti Vlas and about one kilometer to the east) has air humidity many times lower than the rest of the region, as well as increased oxygen content. The town of Sv.Vlas is situated on the Black Sea cost at the southeast part of the Republic of Bulgaria, with administrative center - Burgas District, on the territory of Nessebar Municipality.It is directly linked to the “Sunny Beach”Resort Complex.
